The Seals represent the energy that comes through the sun and the tones are energy levels together form a spiral staircase of 13 floors with 20 steps between them.
We can also compare the tones with the seasons: spring, summer, autumn and winter ... and stamps with each of the different periods of transition and climax.
By combining the 20 stamps with 13 tones are the 260 kin Tzolkin or Sacred Calendar.
The Seals are Archetypes, ie own intuitive meaningful symbols incorporated into the design itself, so we know the energy from representing their interpretation.
